Your new account will provide you with an Author Page and/or Patron Page that visitors to this site can visit whenever they click on your name as it appears on artist works or on various graphs throughout the site.

Please fill out the fields below.  All fields marked with a red asterix must be filled; all others are optional.  Please be aware that the information filled out in the optional fields will constitute the personal information that you provide for the Author or Patron Page that will be displayed when visitors click on your name throughout the site.  If you wish to be known by your business name, enter your business name in the First Name field, as that will be the name displayed on your page. Though your email address for the log-in will not be displayed, all other contact information you choose to provide in the optional fields will be shown on your page, so take care to provide contact information in the address and telephone number fields only if you wish this information to be known to visitors to your page.  In the web site field, if you so choose, provide the url to your home page or the link to your Facebook page or blog.
